Small Box Printing Machine Details

Feeding Unit

The machine adopts vacuum adsorption leading edge feeding system.
Paper feeding shaft is rubber shaft and pattern roller. Paper feeding shaft pressure adjustment adopts eccentric wheel adjustment.
The feeding and pushing parts are the double-side baffle and the back baffle to stabilize the cardboard.

Printing Unit

High quality printing roller, with diameter 216mm or 288mm.
360 degree electric phase adjustment, printing motor button phase adjustment, computer phase adjusts auxiliary adjustment.
Diaphragm pump automatic inking system, lifting plate by manual. Equipped with automatic inking system, the ink won’t dry when the machine stops, ensure affects the printing effect.
Full plate hanging the plate groove. Plate-hanging with the size of 10mm×3mm is suitable.
Mesh number 180, 200, 220, 250 and so on

Slotting Unit

The slotting depth is adjusted by electric, with ruler reading. Slotted phase adjusting mechanism is planetary gear structure. It adopts electric computer type 360 degree adjusting.
The saw-tooth shape slotting knife made by precise grinding and heat treatment and perfect harness.
The carton box height adjust electrically.
Slotting phase is adjusted by the electric digital type 360 degrees (It can be adjusted while running and stopping.)

Die Cutting Unit

The corrugated carton box printing die cutting machine equipped with plate-free slotting knife (no need wood plate prepare)
Die cutting for the special shape carton box making and the plate-fee slotting knife for regular carton box making.
The plate free die cutting part can match the printing part at will. And the die cutting roller diameter is 250mm.
When paperboard passing, the up roller descend to die cutting the paperboard immediately; when no paperboard passing, up roller and down roller keep the distance.
