      • Drive gearbox is lubricated with oil to reduce noise, universal joint drives.
      • The upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and gluing roller up and down are controlled by pneumatic way.
      • The paper guiding way adopts vacuum adsorption and air volume adjusting device to maintain the stability of the corrugated shape at high speed.

      • The corrugated and pressure roller bearings are lubricated with high temperature resistant grease. 
      • The glue roller adopts automatic circulation glue supply.
      • The upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 48CrMo high-quality alloy steel, heat treatment and has a hardness of HRC50-60 degrees. The surface has been grounded.
      • The surface of the gluing roller has undergone mesh carving and chrome plating treatment.
      • Manual or electric glue isolation device.
      • The gluing department can be shut down in two ways: independent operation or none independent operation.
