- It can stitch single flat wire, double flat wire, strengthen wire (two side double line stitch and middle single staple) finishing in one time. It can meet different demand for different stitching type.
- It has improved the structure of the head and adopts electromagnetic clutch to control the brake which has the advantages of quick stitching, flexible braking and little noise.

Machine detials
The manual carton nailing machine, also known as the foot-operated high-speed carton nailing machine, is carefully designed based on domestic and foreign characteristics. The pedal carton stitching machine has a novel appearance, fast speed and smooth operation. The bottom mold is made of alloy, which is durable and has a long service life.
The structure of the manual nail box machine is mainly composed of nail head, supporting arm, driving motor, transmission clutch, body and foot switch. The driving motor is 0.75kw and has only one speed ratio with the motor. When working, the motor runs, the foot switch is pressed then the transmission clutch work to stitch the cardboard and the cardboard is manually feed. One day the production around 3000 to 4000 pieces carton boxes.
Trial operation: Turn on the power, step on the foot pedal, and ensure that the sound is normal before operating the machine. When working, be sure to place the product in a safe position with both hands before pressing the foot switch to start work.
