High Speed Box Printing Slotting Die-cutting Machine Details

Feeding unit

The corrugated carton box printing machine lead edge is vacuum suction type. It uses 7.5KW air fan. It can adjust the wind capacity (valve adjusts the capacity of wind) according to the paperboard thickness condition and then ensure the paperboard (whatever thinner or bending paperboard) feeding smoothly.
The side and rear blocking plate is adjusted by electric
The paper supporter front and back, up and down is adjusted electrically.
Interval paperboard feeding device( according to the demand to choose the consecutive feeding and interval feeding) to increase the bigger paperboard feeding.
Paperboard feeding counter set and display the production quantity. PLC and touch screen can set the quantity and show the production quantity.
Automatic zero setting device

Printing Unit

Outside diameter standard including the size of plate's external diameter whose size is Ø410, Ø480, Ø530 ect.
Full plate hanging the plate groove. Plate-hanging with the size of 10mm×3mm is suitable.

Pneumatic automatic lifting and descending device for paperboard feeding system (while paperboard feeding, anilox roller descends to the printing plate; while stopping paperboard feeding, anilox roller lifts to depart with the printing plate)

Pneumatic diaphragm pump, ink supply stable and easy for maintenance.

Slotting Unit

Synchronous connect electric axis movement, then up and down slotting wheel, up and down slot knife plate, oriented wheel adjust synchronously; Self lubricating wear-resistant guide mechanism, ensure long term correction movement and improve durability.
Scoring wheel and roller, slotting wheel and roller use the high quality alloy steel, surface grinding and hard chrome plating; rough and precise two lathes balance treatment separately, ensure to find the best balance.
Adopts high quality alloy slotting knife, the tooth blade width 7mm.
Slotting phase is adjusted by the electric digital type 360 degrees (It can be adjusted while running and stopping.)

Die Cutting Unit

1.The corrugated carton box printing die cutting machine equipped with plate-free slotting knife (no need wood plate prepare)
Die cutting for the special shape carton box making and the plate-fee slotting knife for regular carton box making.
Die cutting rubber pad automatic horizontal moving device 40mm.
When paperboard passing, the up roller descend to die cutting the paperboard immediately; when no paperboard passing, up roller and down roller keep the distance.
