This carton stitching machine is suitable for single sheet and double sheets corrugated cardboard, to make one carton box. It is ok for 3 layers, 5 layers, and 7 layers (7 layers must be specified in advance) corrugated cardboard. Irregular carton is also ok.

Single nail, double nails and reinforcing nail can be nailed at one time.
Size changed fast within one minute, easy operation, no need experience.
Paper feeder counts automatically and sends out finished cartons in bundles.
Automatic counting of the back section. The number of finished sheets can be set. Finished sheets will be sent to the front end of the conveyor according to the set number (1-99).

The nail distance can be set directly on the touch screen, which is easy to operate.
Electric rear baffle, adjusting box height convenient and fast.
Both of large plate flat wire and small plate flat wire are ok.

Japanese Omron PLC control system.
All nail heads are made of Japanese imported die steel and processed by computer gongs.

The electric components in the control box are Shilin brand in Taiwan and Schneider brand in France.
All pneumatic components are Taiwanese Yadeke brand.
