The thin blade knife slitting machine is specially designed for vertical processing of corrugated cardboard. It can trim the edges of the cardboard and process the position of two horizontal lines. The utility model effectively solves the problems of burrs and grooves that appear in traditional cutters. The edges of finished cardboard are flat and smooth, improving the overall quality and appearance. In addition, It improves the print quality of subsequent processes.
The machine is an eight shafts structure, four knives and six creasing lines. It uses leading edge paper feeding and rubber shaft feeding the cardboard for slitting and finally come out from the creasing line.
The creasing line shaft adopts seamless steel roller, which is processed by axle, grinding and plating. Ensure smooth transportation of paperboard.
The outer diameter of the paper feeding double rubber shaft is 110mm, and the outer diameter of the guide rubber shaft is 83mm. The outer diameter of the creasing wheel is 152mm.
Φ122*Φ200 alloy blade, strong and durable, ensuring smooth and burr-free cardboard cutting. Electrically adjustable knives greatly improve efficiency.
